Our ornaments are made by a group of 60 women who gather at the foothills of the Himalayas to turn sheep’s wool into felted treasures. They use traditional techniques to preserve a special process of hand-felting unique to Nepal. Each ornament using only natural fibers and eco-friendly dyes. Measures 2.5 x 5”.
Returns Policy
At SwagglyLife, we genuinely want you to be delighted with your purchase! If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit (e-gift card). If your return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving the wrong or defective item—we’ll gladly cover the return shipping costs.
Typically, you can expect your refund to be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return, though many customers see their refunds even sooner.
To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at help@swagglylife.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide you with a return authorization (RMA#) and detailed instructions. Please remember, it’s important to have an RMA# before returning any items, and we ask that you avoid combining multiple returns.
Shipping
We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on all items for orders over $50 to the contiguous USA. Please note that this offer does not apply to shoes, baby products, or maternity items.
