If your return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving the wrong or defective item—we’ll gladly cover the return shipping costs.

Please remember, it’s important to have an RMA# before returning any items, and we ask that you avoid combining multiple returns.

Shipping

We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on all items for orders over $50 to the contiguous USA. Please note that this offer does not apply to shoes, baby products, or maternity items.
