Returns

We want you to love what you ordered! If something’s not quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit (via e-gift card).

  • Request your return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Ship back unworn, unwashed items with tags within 7 days of your return request.

Final Sale Items: Tumblers, jewelry, swimwear, beauty, and seasonal items are not eligible for return (see full list below). Items that don’t meet return guidelines will be sent back at your expense.

After 14 days, all items are final sale. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders can’t be changed or canceled once placed. We also can't apply promotions or price adjustments to past orders.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If something’s wrong with your order, email us at help@swagglylife.com within 48 hours with photos. We’ll take care of it right away.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges due to limited stock. Please place a new order and return the original item for store credit.

Start Your Return

Email help@swagglylife.com within 7 days to request a return. We’ll send your return authorization (RMA#) and instructions.

Returns without an RMA# won’t be processed.

Return Shipping

Return and original shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit. Fees vary by item weight and destination.
