Order Cancellations & Modifications

To ensure your pieces reach you as quickly as possible, our system utilizes a fully automated fulfillment process. Orders are confirmed and sent to processing instantly after checkout.

Because of this high-speed automation, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once they are placed.

Don't worry, though—if you made an error or changed your mind, you are welcome to return your eligible items for store credit as soon as they arrive at your door. Please review our return instructions below to see how simple the process is!

Curated Essentials Guide

Most items are eligible for a 14-day return window from delivery to receive store credit (issued via e-gift card).

  • Step 1: Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to receive return authorization.
  • Step 2: Ship your unworn, unwashed items back with original tags attached within 7 days of approval.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your final store credit amount. *Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Saranoni & Brand Exceptions

To guarantee hygiene and "unboxing" perfection for everyone in our community, the following items are strictly Final Sale:

  • Saranoni: All blankets and robes fall under our Pristine Promise. To ensure these luxury textiles arrive untouched, we cannot accept returns once they have been opened or removed from their boutique packaging.
  • Love & Grow: Due to the highly limited, custom, and handcrafted nature of these collections, all items are final sale.
  • Final Sale Categories: Jewelry, Beauty/Skincare/Body Products, Swimwear, Tumblers, and Seasonal/Holiday items.
Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives less than perfect, please email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damage along with your order number so our team can prioritize your replacement layout.

SwagglyLife is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan by the carrier. We highly recommend using a secure delivery location. In the event of a missing package marked 'Delivered', we will gladly assist you in filing a vendor claim, which may require a local police report for verification.
