Return Policy

RETURNS:

Thank you for shopping with SwagglyLife! We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes the items aren't for you. That's why we offer a 14-day return window for store credit (e-gift card). To ensure a smooth return, please remember to:

  • Initiate your return request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Ship your unworn, unwashed items with tags back to us within 7 days of submitting your request.
  • Inspect and try on your items upon arrival - tags must be on for returns.
  • Final sale and non-returnable items are excluded.

Final Sale items:
Tumblers/Drinkware, Jewelry, Accessories, Shoes, Intimates, Bodysuits, Swimwear, Bath & Beauty products, Seasonal + Holiday items, and those marked NON-RETURNABLE  or FINAL SALE or are not returnable.

Items returned that do not meet the return eligibility and cannot be processed as returns will be sent back to the customer at customer's expense. 

After the 14 day window, all items become final sale. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS/ CHANGES

  • Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders once they've been placed.
  • To ensure efficient order processing, price adjustments and promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases.

    INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
    Within 48 hours of delivery, email photos of the issue (received item or damage) to help@swagglylife.com. We'll promptly resolve it!

    EXCHANGES:
    No problem if you need a different size! Due to limited inventory, we can't offer exchanges at this time. Simply place a new order for the desired size and return your original item following our return instructions.

    Easy Returns!
    Start your return by emailing help@swagglylife.com within 7 days of delivery.
    We'll send you a return authorization (RMA#) and instructions.

    Important: Don't return items without an RMA# or combine them with other returns.

    Use the provided return label (if available) and pack your items securely.

    If a return shipping label is furnished, please use only the provided shipping return label for the return shipment.

    We do our best to reply to all emails within approximately 24 hours, if you do not see a response, please check your spam folder.  Any unauthorized returns will prevent us from identifying your order and your return from being processed.
     
    Once the return has been authorized, please mail back your return and get insurance with tracking to the address we've provided  to keep the post office accountable. 

    Return Shipping:
    The cost of returning your items depends on the weight and size of your package. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates, and these costs help us cover the processing and handling of your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Return Processing:

    • We'll process your store credit (e-gift card) to your email address upon return approval, less the cost of original shipping fees and return shipping fees.
    • Please allow up to 7 business days for SwagglyLife to receive and process your return.
