Returns Policy

At SwagglyLife, we genuinely want you to be delighted with your purchase! If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit (e-gift card). If your return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving the wrong or defective item—we’ll gladly cover the return shipping costs.

Typically, you can expect your refund to be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return, though many customers see their refunds even sooner.

To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at help@swagglylife.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide you with a return authorization (RMA#) and detailed instructions. Please remember, it’s important to have an RMA# before returning any items, and we ask that you avoid combining multiple returns.

Shipping

We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on all items for orders over $50 to the contiguous USA. Please note that this offer does not apply to shoes, baby products, or maternity items.

When you place an order, we’ll provide estimated shipping and delivery dates tailored to the availability of your items and your chosen shipping options. Depending on the shipping provider, you may also see shipping date estimates on the quotes page.

Lastly, please be aware that shipping rates for many items are determined by weight.
