When you place an order, we’ll provide estimated shipping and delivery dates. Please be aware that for orders not meeting the free shipping qualification, rates are determined by weight and distance.

Returns Policy

If your return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving the wrong or defective item—we’ll gladly cover the return shipping costs.

Typically, you can expect your return processed onto a SwagglyLife e-gift card within 5 business days after we receive your return, though many customers receive their gift cards in their inbox sooner.

Once your return has been approved, you will have an additional 7 days to ship back your return.
