Returns Policy

If your return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving an incorrect or defective item—we will gladly cover the return shipping costs.

Once approved, you will have an additional 7 days to ship the item back. Please note: An approved RMA# is required prior to returning any items.

Once we receive your returned item, your store credit will be issued via a SwagglyLife e-gift card within 5 business days.
