NORA is a deeply nourishing, mineral-rich tea made with nettle, oatstraw, raspberry leaf, and alfalfa. Gentle enough to support fertility, pregnancy, and breastfeeding, NORA was created as a steady, daily tea you can trust across changing seasons — from preconception through postpartum.
This is foundational support designed to build reserves, nourish the nervous system, and gently support the uterus without stimulation or force. Many women choose NORA as their everyday base tea, either on its own or layered alongside more phase-specific blends.
Drink 2 to 3 plus cups a day if this is the only tea you're drinking. If you are layering another tea into your daily tea schedule, maybe just drink 1-2 cups of this and 2 cups of the other tea.

Returns Policy
At SwagglyLife, we genuinely want you to be delighted with your purchase! If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit (e-gift card). If your return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving the wrong or defective item—we’ll gladly cover the return shipping costs.

Once your return has been approved, you will have an additional 7 days to ship back your return.
