How to Use:

Start with B*tch’s Brew Tea, 2–4 cups daily, to stimulate circulation and support the onset of menstruation. Once your period begins, follow the cycle-based tea protocol below.

🌿 Cycle Day 1–14 (Follicular Phase):

• 2 cups Detox Tea daily
• 2 cups Fertile Moon Tea daily

🔥 Cycle Day 15–End of Cycle (Luteal Phase):
