How to Use:
🩸 If you’re not bleeding regularly:
Start with B*tch’s Brew Tea, 2–4 cups daily, to stimulate circulation and support the onset of menstruation. Once your period begins, follow the cycle-based tea protocol below.
🌿 Cycle Day 1–14 (Follicular Phase):
- 2 cups Detox Tea daily
- 2 cups Fertile Moon Tea daily
🔥 Cycle Day 15–End of Cycle (Luteal Phase):
- 2–3 cups B*tch’s Brew Tea daily
👉 You can repeat this protocol each cycle to support the restoration of ovulation and hormonal balance.
