With warm buttery-rich matte color, our Premium Caramel Flats flatter a variety of skin tones and act as an elevated neutral for your wardrobe.

Made of luxurious caramel brown fabric and a soft elastic trim, they also feature a thick rubber sole for ultimate comfort. This earthy color is perfect neutral to go with a variety of outfits.

Each pair of flats comes with the matching carrying case.

SIZING:

Shoes run true to size. If you are a half size, we recommend going up to the next whole size.

For wide widths, we recommend going up a size from normal. Our shoes are made of fabric that shapes to your foot (as opposed to harder/stiffer materials) and so the bigger size gives room for the foot to settle, while the soft elastic trim gently keeps the shoe in place without slipping off.

We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $45 or more to the contiguous USA.

Orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days. Please allow additional time during holidays or peak seasons.

When you place an order, we’ll provide estimated shipping and delivery dates. Please be aware that for orders not meeting the free shipping qualification, rates are determined by weight and distance.

Returns Policy

At SwagglyLife, we genuinely want you to be delighted with your purchase! If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit (e-gift card). If your return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving the wrong or defective item—we’ll gladly cover the return shipping costs.

Typically, you can expect your return processed onto a SwagglyLife e-gift card within 5 business days after we receive your return, though many customers receive their gift cards in their inbox sooner.

To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide you with a return authorization (RMA#) and detailed instructions. Once your return has been approved, you will have an additional 7 days to ship back your return. Please remember, it’s important to have an RMA# before returning any items, and we ask that you avoid combining multiple returns.
