When you place an order, we’ll provide estimated shipping and delivery dates. Please be aware that for orders not meeting the free shipping qualification, rates are determined by weight and distance.

Returns Policy

At SwagglyLife, we genuinely want you to be delighted with your purchase! If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit (e-gift card). If your return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving the wrong or defective item—we’ll gladly cover the return shipping costs.

Typically, you can expect your return processed onto a SwagglyLife e-gift card within 5 business days after we receive your return, though many customers receive their gift cards in their inbox sooner.

To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide you with a return authorization (RMA#) and detailed instructions. Once your return has been approved, you will have an additional 7 days to ship back your return. Please remember, it’s important to have an RMA# before returning any items, and we ask that you avoid combining multiple returns.
