Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $75 or more on select brands to the contiguous USA.

Orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days. Please allow additional time during holidays or peak seasons.

Estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided at checkout. For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery location.

Returns Policy

At SwagglyLife, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase! If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit (e-gift card). If your return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving an incorrect or defective item—we will gladly cover the return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, simply email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) and detailed instructions. Once approved, you will have an additional 7 days to ship the item back. Please note: An approved RMA# is required prior to returning any items.

Once we receive your returned item, your store credit will be issued via a SwagglyLife e-gift card within 5 business days.
